Choconut Protein Pudding

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp water
  1. Mix coconut butter and cocoa powder into a paste.
  2. Add protein powder and vanilla, then 1 tbsp water – mix well.
  3. Add the last tbsp water and mix till smooth.
  4. Microwave for 30 seconds. Mix in a tbsp more water if you want a less-cakey consistency.
