Choconut Protein Pudding
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp water
- Mix coconut butter and cocoa powder into a paste.
- Add protein powder and vanilla, then 1 tbsp water – mix well.
- Add the last tbsp water and mix till smooth.
- Microwave for 30 seconds. Mix in a tbsp more water if you want a less-cakey consistency.
