High Protein Chocolate “Custard”
This isn’t really a custard at all, but it reminded me a bit of those little custardy dessert pots you can buy. These are a much healthier version!
- ½ cup fat-free natural yogurt
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Sweetener to taste (stevia, splenda… whatever you want)
- Mix all ingredients till smooth.
- Serve with pancakes, crepes, on it’s own or with fruit and/or nuts for a healthy snack.
