High Protein Chocolate “Custard”

This isn’t really a custard at all, but it reminded me a bit of those little custardy dessert pots you can buy. These are a much healthier version!

  • ½ cup fat-free natural yogurt
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Sweetener to taste (stevia, splenda… whatever you want)
  1. Mix all ingredients till smooth.
  2. Serve with pancakes, crepes, on it’s own or with fruit and/or nuts for a healthy snack.
